Presentation Guidelines

Dear Distinguished Speaker:

We look forward to your presentation on during the luncheon meeting of the Manufacturers’ Agents of Cincinnati.  MAC is a social, educational, and networking group.  Our group is focused on independent sales reps in the manufacturing industry.  

Things to Do Prior to Presenting

Three weeks prior to the event, we will need these items to promote your presentation:

• Your profile picture

• Your biography 

• Headline describing your presentation

• A brief description of your presentation

Your Presentation

• Duration: 20 to 30 minute presentation 

• Since time is limited, the goal is to deliver a few core ideas within your field of expertise that will resonate with the audience.  

• Please keep in mind that you will be talking to a group of independent salespeople that are small business owners.   You will discover that the audience is a very attentive group that seeks ideas for improvement and is supportive of multiple points of view.

Agenda

11:15 am – networking and registration

Please arrive by 11:30 am to set up any presentation materials and meet the attendees.  

12:00 – lunch served

12:30 pm – speaker introduced

1:00 pm - presentation ends and open the meeting up for questions and answers

1:15 pm – meeting adjourned

Audio/Visual Requirements

We do not have a projector or screen.   Besides that, MAC prefers to focus 100% on the presenter and takes pride in being a Powerpoint-free zone!   We can print some handouts if you prefer.
