March 1st  2024 - Duane Plapp

Topic: Mastering Your Connections

We will be talking about the strategy of creating the KNOW LIKE AND TRUST what strategies are involved with creating the relationships for the long haul.  We all want to have our business last for the long haul so how do we make this happen?  We must learn to create the right activity, communicate the right information and motivate people to help us. If we do this we build long lasting opportunities.

Duane Plapp, an author and nationally recognized speaker, advocates a sales approach focused on creating a buying environment rather than traditional selling tactics. He believes people today prefer to have the opportunity to buy, not to be aggressively sold to. With over four decades of entrepreneurial experience, particularly in referral-based marketing, Plapp has successfully run a financial and insurance consulting business for over 20 years and a major bass boat dealership for over 18 years. In the past eight years, he has shared his strategies through teaching, earning national recognition and awards for his coaching and speaking.

Plapp's sales and marketing ideas, particularly his program "Sales without Selling," are widely adopted by businesses. This program emphasizes building business through referral relationships, shifting the mindset from selling to creating an environment conducive to buying. He has authored books like “Creating Constant and Continuous Referrals,” a marketing handbook on generating sales through referrals, and “Mastering Your Connections,” a guide on networking. His latest book, “Sales without Selling the Complete Handbook for Referral Marketing,” further delves into this topic.

Known for his inspirational and motivational speaking, Plapp has the ability to simplify complex marketing strategies, making them easy to implement. His personal mission involves helping others achieve success in their personal and business lives easily.

Additionally, Plapp is involved in various social and civic activities, holding honors and positions in organizations like the Cincinnati Home Builders, Sharonville Chamber, Kentucky Jaycees, Lions Club, Boys and Girls Club of America, and the Boy Scouts of America. January 5th 2024 - Dr. Barry Reid

Topic: New Year - Regaining and Maintaining Your Health

Meet Dr. Barry Reid

Dr. Barry Reid grew up just outside of Nashville, Tennessee. He attended Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri to get his Doctor of Chiropractic qualification. While there, Dr. Reid became good friends with a chiropractor who was from Mason. Though Dr. Reid originally opened an office in Nashville, he soon hired an associate doctor who took over for him. Meanwhile, his old friend from college gave Dr. Reid a call and asked if he’d be able to help out in a new office that was just opened up.

It was meant to be a temporary situation, but Dr. Reid soon found that he loved the area and patients and was happy here. He’s been a part of our community since 2008. You might have seen him out and about offering screenings, free health workshops or talking about the free consultations offered at Mason Spine & Injury Center. Dr. Reid is passionate about giving back, and his patients love the results he’s gotten for them.

He is proud to have been voted Best Chiropractor in Mason by the Ohio State Chiropractors. Mason Spine & Injury Center has been chosen as the Best Chiropractic Office by Cincinnati Magazine. We invite you to find out why people think we’re the best of the best!
